Corporate Fitness Works offers full-time Team Leaders the choice of a traditional PPO High or Low plan. Giving our Team Leaders the opportunity to choose the coverage that meets the needs of their family is a top priority.
Corporate Fitness Works offers two comprehensive dental plans allowing full-time Team Leaders the choice to elect the plan that meets their personal needs.
An optional vision plan is available to our full-time Team Leaders.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage is provided at no cost to our full-time Team Leaders.
